General 7.5 Windows


User adds a contact in Instant Messaging but noticed that it does not appear in Sametime Connect, and vice versa. I've already checked the user's Instant Messaging and Sametime preferences but could not find any settings that could have triggered the issue.

User's Lotus Notes version is 7.0.1 and Sametime is 7.5

Appreciate any advice. Thanks.
